Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks based on business and technical requirements.
  2. Perform source system analysis, data profiling, data issue identification, and support development of normalized and dimensional data structures.
  3. Collaborate with data architecture, IT, business, and analytical teams on reporting solutions, data repositories, and Cognos framework enhancements.
  4. Maintain reporting documentation, support information sharing, communicate solutions to stakeholders, and mentor junior resources.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

12+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years of experience with business intelligence, analytics, databases, reporting platforms, and data access or programming tools.

Technical Skills

Cognos, Framework Manager, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Profiling, Dimensional Data Modeling, Reporting Development, Dashboard Development

Business / Domain Skills
  1. Experience supporting healthcare and clinical business environments, including reporting, analytics, operational information needs, and data-driven decision-making for business and clinical stakeholders.
  2. Experience developing and supporting enterprise Business Intelligence and reporting solutions that provide actionable information to analysts, physicians, business users, management, and external customers.
  3. Experience supporting data warehouse and enterprise data environments, including source-system analysis, data profiling, data quality assessment, normalized and dimensional data structures, and business reporting requirements.
  4. Experience collaborating with healthcare, IT, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate information needs into reporting solutions, communicate complex business issues, maintain documentation, and support knowledge sharing and user enablement.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience developing enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions using Cognos and related analytics platforms.
  2. Experience collaborating with data architects, IT teams, analysts, physicians, business stakeholders, and organizational leadership.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
