The Business Intelligence & AnalyticsIntern will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to FlightSafety International’s culture and business philosophy. The BI&A Intern will analyze aircraft market, delivery, and fleet data to identify lifecycle trends and correlate them with customer reservation demand. Support BI&A forecasting by building simple models and visuals, and present key findings to stakeholders to inform planning decisions. This paid internship is a 10-week program that will begin June 1st, and will conclude August 4th, 2027. 40 hours per week will be expected of each intern.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

Minimum Education

• Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree. A major in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields is preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application. Must be submitted on resume.

Minimum Experience

• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs, techniques, and concepts for the area of application.

• Ability to handle confidential information.
