The Business Intelligence Associate transforms complex data into actionable insights that empower community banks to make informed, strategic decisions. In this role, you will partner directly with clients to understand their needs, define reporting requirements, and deliver tailored data solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with strong quantitative skills who enjoys both the analytical and client-facing aspects of the role; someone who can translate business questions into technical solutions and bring data to life. Your blend of banking knowledge, technical aptitude, and consultative communication will play a key role in delivering value in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will report to the Manager, Business Intelligence. This positionwill be located at our office in Sioux Falls, SD.Occasional travel forteam events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with internal resources to develop project strategies, ensure project deadlines are met, and arrange meetings between team members and clients
• Maintain organized documentation of project milestones, risks, status updates, and client communications
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators
• Create intuitive data visualizations for clear and actionable insights
• Develop an understanding of how present and future business needs will impact the solution
• Ensure data integrity and maintain system reliability and performance
• Design and build customized charts, dashboards and analytics
• Resolve supportrequests and enhancements that come in through any of our support channels such as email, web or phone

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience
• 1+ years of experience with analytic tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to dig into raw data and surface actionable insights in support of the client’s growth to drive key decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead project meetings and ensure successful project execution.

• SQL experience preferred
• Banking knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
