Akkodis is seeking a Business Interlock Developer for a Contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Snowflake, SQL development, data engineering, and technical design documentation, along with expertise in building scalable data solutions and optimizing data processing workloads.

Rate Range: $64/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Interlock Developer Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Snowflake data solutions using native platform capabilities, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

• Develop complex stored procedures, UDFs, SQL scripts, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation solutions to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.

• Create detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs), technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation for data engineering initiatives.

• Optimize Snowflake environments by managing virtual warehouses, micro-partitioning strategies, role-based access controls (RBAC), data sharing configurations, and performance tuning activities.

• Integrate data from enterprise source systems including SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder, and other business applications while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Three to seven years of experience as a Snowflake Developer, Data Engineer, or related data platform professional.

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, administration, development, and optimization.

• Advanced SQL expertise with demonstrated experience designing high-performance queries, data models, and transformation workflows.

• Experience creating and maintaining Technical Design Documents, solution documentation, and technical architecture artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating and sourcing data from SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Familiarity with Blue Yonder data structures, supply chain applications, and integration processes.

• Experience working with data pipeline orchestration tools, enterprise data integration platforms, and cloud-based data ecosystems.

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery activities.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning concepts, and AI-enabled data platforms.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $65.00 per hour
