Business Litigation Attorney: Meaningful Business Disputes with Hybrid Flexibility in Hialeah

Our client, a respected Miami-Dade litigation firm, is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Hialeah office. The team represents closely held companies, business owners, and lenders in contract, partnership, and business tort disputes in state and federal courts throughout South Florida.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the office and home while working closely with partners on substantive matters.

What You'll Do

• Manage business disputes from initial pleadings through trial, arbitration, or settlement
• Draft dispositive motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions
• Argue motions and attend mediations and hearings
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and business goals

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
