We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on business disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court
• Provide legal advice and strategy to clients on business-related disputes
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting business litigation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida state Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
