Business Litigation Attorney Opportunity in San Jose: Business Litigation in the Heart of Silicon Valley

Our client, a well-regarded Silicon Valley litigation firm, is looking for a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in San Jose. The firm represents technology companies, founders, and businesses in contract, trade secret, and commercial disputes.

This is an in-office role based in San Jose, so you will collaborate in person every day with a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Litigate business disputes in state and federal courts
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare for hearings, arbitrations, and trial
• Work closely with partners on strategy and client communication

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to work on site in San Jose
