Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials- Be able to handle a case from start to finish.- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings- Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation matters- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admitted to the state bar association- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures- Ability to write clear and concise legal documents- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
