Business Litigation Partner

$220,000 - $375,000 base + Benefits + Bonus Based on Revenue (no cap on Bonus)
WLA | Hybird | Billable 1,700-1,800 hours annually | 5+ Years

A well-established and growing Southern California law firm is seeking a non-equity Business Litigation Partner to join its expanding litigation practice. Due to continued growth and a significant volume of existing work, the firm is looking for a partner-caliber attorney who can step into sophisticated commercial litigation matters and play a meaningful role in the firm's long-term success.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking a strong platform, substantial existing work, and a realistic path from non-equity to equity partnership. A portable book of business is welcomed but not required.

What You'll Handle

  • Complex business and commercial litigation matters
  • Case strategy and management from inception through resolution
  • Motion practice, depositions, hearings, and court appearances
  • Direct client counseling and relationship management
  • Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with firm leadership
  • Business development and practice growth opportunities

  • Transparent bonus structure tied to revenue generation
  • Occasional contingency matters creating additional earning potential
  • Billable expectation of approximately 1,700-1,800 hours annually
