We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Management Intern to join our growing team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Position Overview:
The Business Management Intern will assist our team in the day-to-day operations of the business, helping to streamline processes and support the management team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a successful company, with exposure to customer service, logistics, management and sales
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and tracking project progress
Help coordinate communications between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct market research and assist with business development efforts
Participate in tracking timelines and deliverables
Provide administrative support to senior management, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for efficiency
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in the construction industry and business operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
