We are seeking an outgoing and adaptable Receptionist to serve as the face of a growing healthcare organization. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional environment while supporting daily office operations, internal teams, and company events.

Location: Plano, Tx (Fully on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members
  • Create a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment
  • Manage incoming calls, visitors, and general inquiries
Office Operations & Support
  • Maintain and stock office supplies; monitor and organize shared spaces (kitchen, coffee stations, common areas)
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages and materials
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully operational
Administrative & Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, including Sales and Marketing
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office needs
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc projects as needed
Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing company events (setup, logistics, coordination, and follow-up)
  • Help ensure events run smoothly and reflect a strong company culture
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, "jump in and help" mindset
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
