Pay Rate/Range: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $136,600 to $165,000/year. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University. The full salary range for this position is $136,600 to $267,600/year.

Brief Summary of Job Duties:
Under the general direction of the Associate Controller, the Business Operations & Administration Manager provides leadership and oversight for administrative operations, budget management, internal controls, organizational initiatives, and operational support functions across Business and Financial Services (BFS) and the Finance and Resource Management (FARM) division. The Manager serves as a member of the BFS leadership team and works closely with the Controller, Associate Controller, and FARM leadership to support divisional goals and campus priorities. The position is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused administrative operations through effective planning, resource management, process improvement, and operational oversight. The Manager oversees administrative services supporting BFS and FARM, including human resources coordination, budget monitoring, office management, facilities and space coordination, employee development, and organizational communications. The position also coordinates internal control activities, audit responses, compliance monitoring, and financial systems access administration to promote accountability and safeguard university resources. In addition, the Manager leads special projects and strategic initiatives, develops recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, and represents BFS and FARM on campus and systemwide committees and workgroups related to areas of responsibility. #LI-KA1
