Business Operations Analyst 1

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Operations Analyst 1 in Fremont, CA. Key Tasks:

• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes; Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
• Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives
• Collects data to identify root cause of problems; Measures performance against process requirements; Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls
• Organizes, facilitates, and possibly lead cross-functional project teams
• Deliver presentations and training courses
• Communicates team progress

Requirements:

• Training & Facilitation - Experience developing and delivering presentations, workshops, and training related to process measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
• Process Mapping & Workflow Analysis - Skilled in documenting current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving - Proficiency with structured problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa analysis, Pareto analysis, and cause-and-effect analysis
• Executive & Project Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate project status, findings, risks, recommendations, and results
• Process Improvement & Optimization - Ability to map, analyze, and redesign business or operational processes to improve efficiency, performance, and quality
• Data Analysis & Performance Measurement - Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to evaluate process performance and identify trends
• Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement - Ability to communicate process changes, build stakeholder alignment, and support adoption across functional teams
• Project Management - Ability to manage improvement initiatives, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables from problem identification through implementation and control
• Expected to work in a Class 10 and/or 1000 cleanroom as needed: ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
