Track and report operational performance against targets. Lead regular reviews to ensure accurate forecasting across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. Identify gaps and connect them to systems and processes. Assess risks and highlight potential issues. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership. Communicate process gaps across local and global teams. Drive process improvements across functions. Ensure adherence to analytics standards. Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives to completion. An ideal Operations Analyst is: Curious and driven to understand root causes (e.g., 5 Whys). Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of the bigger picture. Self-motivated and able to quickly learn new skills. Focused on producing high-quality work while improving efficiency. Highly organized and comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Takes pride in delivering high-quality results Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 5 years experience; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or Ph.D with no experience. Five (5) years of Operations related experience in data science, program management, or analytics, or other similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders. Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools.
