Job Description: This role reviews and supports information technology systems and business operations by identifying user needs, documenting system issues, and helping translate business requirements into technical deliverables. Responsibilities include managing purchasing requests from intake through completion, serving as a liaison between requestors and Contracts, Legal, and Procurement teams, supporting the chargeback process, compiling and maintaining financial data and reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, excellent attention to detail and time management, and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving. Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
