Job Title: Business Operations & Analytics Manager
Position Summary
The Business Operations & Analytics Manager serves as a key partner to Sterile Processing and Clinical Support Services leadership, helping ensure the department operates efficiently while providing the data and insights needed to drive performance. This hybrid role combines workforce operations, departmental administration, and business analytics. The Manager oversees key workforce processes including payroll coordination, time and attendance management, scheduling support, vacation tracking, workforce reporting, and employee management dashboards. In addition, the Manager develops reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations that help leaders monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys both operational problem-solving and storytelling through data and is equally comfortable managing workforce processes as they are translating complex information into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary resource for payroll, time and attendance, scheduling support, vacation tracking, and workforce administration. Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports related to attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and staffing trends. Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, operational decision-making, and departmental performance. Design and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations. Analyze operational and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives. Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and leadership reports. Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, and operational leaders to support departmental goals. Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision support. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of workforce and operational data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience supporting workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, analytics, reporting, or business operations. Proficiency with Excel and reporting/data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Healthcare experience preferred.
