Business Operations and Corporate Services - Supply Chain Program Manager

Introduction

Join our team as a Supply Chain Program Manager, where you will partner closely with leaders across Planning Capabilities, Supply Chain Planning Technology, and functional Business Owners and Sponsors to enable the successful execution of a key supply chain initiative. You will work across business, technology, and transformation teams to establish the governance, planning, and execution disciplines required to deliver a strategic enterprise initiative.

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $65-70

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in program management, leading large-scale transformation programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience establishing program governance, integrated planning, roadmap management, and executive reporting practices.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, process, and organizational change.
• Strong program leadership skills, including dependency management, risk management, change control, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in standard program management tools, such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Client Project.
• Prior work experience in supply chain planning and manufacturing is very helpful.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with both agile and waterfall program deliveries.
• Experience with broad functional and impactful user base.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the overall program management approach for the key initiative.
• Design and operate governance processes, executive reporting, decision forums, and escalation mechanisms.
• Ensure key decisions, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and milestones are tracked and governed effectively.
• Define program metrics and provide transparent reporting on transformation progress and performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
• Drive execution discipline through structured planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to ensure alignment across business, technology, and transformation teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program plans, milestones, actions, risks, and decisions.
