A fast-growing, AI-native home health technology company is hiring a Business Operations Associate to take ownership of a core operational area end to end. The company is in an active growth stage, building out new functions across revenue operations, customer support, talent operations, and special projects, and needs a sharp operator to centralize work currently spread across founders and team leads so everyone else can stay focused on customers and building.
The ideal candidate has one to five years of experience in a BizOps, RevOps, GTM Ops, or similar operations role at a fast-growing startup (Seed to Series B preferred). You are low-ego, genuinely curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguous cross-functional work without hand-holding. You take pride in building clean systems, owning outcomes, and doing whatever needs to get done, including the unglamorous parts.
Key Responsibilities
Own one or more operational areas (revenue operations, customer support operations, talent and onboarding, or special projects) based on your strengths and the team's needs
Keep CRM data clean, manage sales tools, and build workflows that help account executives and SDRs hit quota
Track and investigate support tickets, surface patterns, and drive efficiency improvements for a high-touch client base
Manage recruiting agency relationships, track hiring data, and build scalable onboarding processes as the team grows
Build and maintain dashboards and metrics reports for leadership across revenue, support, and people functions
Lead special projects tied to new markets, new products, or finance support as priorities evolve
Collaborate directly with founders and team leads to absorb operational work and free the core team to focus on customers and product
Required Skills & Experience
1 to 5 years of experience in an operations role (BizOps, RevOps, GTM Ops, or similar) at a startup, with Seed to Series B experience strongly preferred
Genuine interest in joining and contributing to an early-stage company; this is the top screening criterion
A clear signal of excellence: rapid growth or promotion, ownership of a major project, building internal tools or infrastructure, or a notable competitive achievement
Low ego, direct communicator, willing to take on any task regardless of seniority
Ability to work autonomously across ambiguous, cross-functional problems without step-by-step direction
Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (US citizen or Green Card holder)
Preferred Skills
Experience as a VC firm associate or analyst
Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, LinkedIn sourcing, or similar sales and ops tools
Comfort working in CRMs, dashboards, and spreadsheets (Excel and Google Workspace)
STEM-focused degree, especially from a top-tier university
Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries
