Job Description Summary
Will support Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4 by coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, tracking supplier and logistics provider dependencies, maintaining onboarding plans, and ensuring timely escalation of risks and decisions across overlapping L2C phases. This role will provide disciplined project management support to help protect go-live readiness, business continuity, and stakeholder alignment while workstream leads remain focused on subject matter expertise, testing, requirements, and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4, including dependencies from overlapping Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots, repair suppliers, returns providers, and other external partners required to support Spares operations.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, supplier management, logistics, depot operations, and business process owners to ensure onboarding requirements are clearly defined and executed.
- Track supplier readiness against required process, system, data, finance, trading structure, service, repair, returns, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics requirements.
- Maintain a single source of truth for supplier onboarding status, milestones, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open actions.
- Drive recurring workstream cadence meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, track follow-ups, and ensure actions are closed on time.
- Build and manage onboarding playbooks, supplier sequencing plans, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, decision logs, and escalation trackers.
- Identify cross-phase conflicts, schedule risks, resource constraints, and readiness gaps that may impact Phase 4 delivery or business continuity.
- Escalate blockers and decisions needed in a timely, fact-based manner with clear options, impacts, owners, and recommended next steps.
- Partners with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to confirm supplier onboarding activities are aligned with technical readiness, business readiness, and go-live criteria.
- Support preparation of leadership-ready status updates, executive summaries, milestone reports, SteerCo materials, and decision-support content.
- Coordinate supplier communication readiness, including onboarding expectations, timelines, documentation needs, process changes, and operational handoff requirements.
- Ensure onboarding activities are aligned with overall L2C integration governance, stage-gate expectations, change management plans, and workstream priorities.
- Monitor completion of onboarding deliverables and ensure required artifacts are captured, validated, and available for audit, transition, or operational handoff.
- Support transition from interim processes to optimized Phase 4 capabilities by tracking closure of deferred decisions, open dependencies, and post-go-live stabilization actions.
- Proactively recommend process improvements, governance enhancements, and reporting improvements to increase transparency, reduce execution risk, and improve stakeholder accountability.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, supplier onboarding, logistics, service supply chain, or related integration programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional workplans, action logs, RAID logs, decision tracking, stakeholder cadence, and executive reporting.
- Experience managing project plans, action logs, RAID logs, decision records, status reporting, stakeholder meetings, and milestone tracking.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a matrixed global environment with multiple workstreams, phased program delivery, competing priorities, and time-sensitive dependencies.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving transformation environments with overlapping phases, competing priorities, and changing dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise leadership updates and action-oriented summaries.
- Proficiency with standard project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong project management skills and analytical skills
- Knowledge of L2C (Lead to Cash) integration processes phased transformation delivery, and cross-workstream dependency management.
- Understanding of Spares operations, service supply chain, repair, returns, depot operations, logistics provider coordination, and customer support fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding requirements, supplier readiness checklists, partner communication plans, EDI / portal enablement, master data readiness, and operational handoff needs.
- Strong project governance skills, including workplan management, RAID tracking, decision logs, action item closure, meeting facilitation, and escalation management.
- Ability to synthesize complex cross-functional inputs into clear status updates, executive summaries, milestone reports, and decision-ready materials.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority across global business, IT, supplier-facing, and operations teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools used to manage schedules, actions, risks, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced integration environment.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and maintain execution discipline in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
