Business Operations is Rippling’s strike team for high-stakes, mission-critical challenges. We are the architects behind product development, go-to-market strategies, and scale operations across the entire company. Operating as the connective tissue for our compound startup, this small, elite unit brings structure to massive ambiguity and executes with relentless precision.

We need BizOps Managers who are world-class problem solvers, first-principles thinkers, and fearless operators. You won't just advise, you will build from 0-to-1, tackle the company’s biggest strategic bets, and partner directly with executive leadership. What You'll Do

• Hunt Down High-Impact Problems: Identify critical business friction points, step into the fire, and build scalable solutions alongside senior leaders.
• Master the Revenue Engine: Architect and refine monetization, pricing, and packaging strategies to aggressively accelerate market dominance.
• Drive Cross-Functional Force-Multiplier Projects: Partner directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new initiatives and revolutionize operational systems.
• Own Your Data: Dig into raw databases, build custom SQL queries, construct dashboards, and extract actionable insight without needing a safety net.
• Set the Source of Truth: Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to define, standardize, and scale the operational metrics that steer the entire business.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of battle-tested experience in top-tier management consulting, BizOps, VC/PE, or as a startup founder. Exceptional talent with fewer years but a proven track record of rapid acceleration will be considered.
• Cross-functional mastery: A deep understanding of organizational dynamics in high-velocity tech environments.
• A data-first instinct: You instinctively open a spreadsheet, code a query, or analyze a dataset before building a slide deck.
• Extreme altitude-switching: Equally comfortable pitching strategy to C-suite executives as you are getting into the weeds with frontline operators.
• Relentless ownership and grit: You don't pass the mic or make excuses—you take full accountability and solve problems permanently.
• High-conviction autonomy: You thrive in chaos, make sound calls with incomplete data, and move fast without waiting for a playbook.
