Business Process Analyst

Pay Range: $50 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize improvement opportunities by understanding current processes, stakeholders, and pain points across Enterprise Data workstreams.
• Identify delays caused by unclear ownership, manual handoffs, and low process adoption.
• Establish a focused improvement backlog and recommend two to four opportunities for measurable benefits.
• Design and implement improved processes for demand management, prioritization, and governance reviews.
• Create practical playbooks, templates, and process documentation to ensure adoption of improvements.
• Utilize automation to streamline manual work and improve management information quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate focused working sessions and pilot improvements.
• Provide training and enablement to ensure teams understand and embrace new processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data or technology environments, with significant experience in data engineering, data platforms, or data architecture.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with workflow automation, dashboards, and governance processes.
• Strong facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver tangible results within a nine-month engagement.
• Experience in retail, consumer, supply chain, or large-scale operational environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and platform operations.
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement methodologies.
