Business Process Manager

Make everyday business processes simpler, more reliable, and easier to measure. This senior-level, remote Business Process Manager role leads process analysis, workflow design, continuous improvement, and change adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Map current workflows and identify delays, rework, control gaps, and unclear ownership.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with process owners and frontline teams.
• Design improved workflows, standard operating procedures, and accountability models.
• Prioritize improvement opportunities using business impact and implementation effort.
• Partner with technology teams to define automation requirements and validate solutions.
• Set baseline metrics and measure process performance after implementation.
• Lead change communication, training, and adoption support.
• Maintain process documentation and review controls as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to map workflows, analyze root causes, and translate findings into practical changes.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and written documentation skills.
• Comfort analyzing operational data and defining meaningful performance measures.
• Experience supporting change adoption across teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement methods is helpful.
