MCAPS-Core accelerates customer outcomes and business growth. By uniting product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners around a common customer mission, we help customers realize value faster and turn innovation into measurable business impact. Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win competitively, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.

As the Business Program Manager - Capacity Demand Predictive Insights, you will develop and maintain forecasting, scorecards, and decision-support insights across AI and non-AI capacity. You will combine demand, supply, customer, and operational signals to identify emerging constraints, quantify risk, and support allocation, mitigation, and demand-shaping decisions. You will support recurring capacity reviews by producing clear dashboards, concise narratives, and actionable recommendations. Your work will help stakeholders understand where demand is changing, where supply is constrained, which customers may be affected, and what follow-up actions are required.

The role sits within Capacity Shared Services in MCAPS Core, where AI and non-AI capacity are managed under the One Capacity approach. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, data science, and tooling teams to improve data quality, test forecasting methods, standardize metrics, and use AI tools and agents to scale recurring analysis and reporting.
