Business Project Manager serves as the responsible project manager for multiple technology transformation projects of variable complexity for Property and Casualty North America Underwriting and Operations. The role will support both active and in-flight projects as well as newly initiated projects. The role sits in the business unit, reporting to the PCNA Business Transformation Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Management and Governance
Lead planning and analysis activities, providing insights that shape execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive delivery outcomes
Directly manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure including the production and presentation of:
Project requests
RASCI matrix
Statements of work
Kickoff materials
Steering committee materials
RAID logs
Change logs
Project plans
Project financials
Risk escalation and mitigation
Internal gate reviews
Project audits
UAT plans
