Business/real Estate Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in litigation
• Experience in business law, real estate or commercial litigation
• Legal research and writing, law and motion proceedings
• Prepare, take and defend depositions
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed in CA in good standing
