Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 5-6 Months

Location: Salem, NH - 100% Onsite

Required Pay Scale: $50-60/hr on W2

Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to support business process and application improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze business functions, processes, systems, and procedures to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will work independently, evaluate business needs, and recommend practical solutions that align with organizational goals.

Project Details:

• Analyze business functions, processes, and activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review and analyze information, systems, processes, procedures, schedules, and methods.
• Evaluate business needs and determine effective solutions.
• Support improvements to computer-based business applications.
• Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to management.
• Analyze the effective use of resources, processes, systems, and personnel.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• This is a 100% onsite role, five days per week, in Salem, NH.

Must Haves

• Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions.
• Comfortable working in an onsite, collaborative environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience with business process improvement.
• Experience analyzing or improving business applications and systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
