Business Solutions Engineer

Business Solutions Engineer opportunity in Seneca, SC with a fast-growing, PE-backed industrial company. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project management, IT systems, or process improvement. We're seeking a technically savvy problem-solver who can listen to business needs, identify inefficiencies, and independently develop and implement practical solutions.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project management, business systems, or a similar cross-functional role

• Experience identifying business challenges, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions from start to finish

• Strong technical aptitude with ERP, CRM, business intelligence tools, or enterprise applications; NetSuite and Power BI are a plus

• Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, reporting, or systems implementations

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex problems into practical solutions

• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, operational employees, and leadership

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment

• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other hands-on operational experience preferred

• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application to business processes is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Own cross-functional business and technology projects from initial problem identification through implementation

• Partner with employees and department leaders to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions

• Evaluate and improve business processes through technology, automation, and operational improvements

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data-driven tools that support business decisions

• Support ERP and business systems implementations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Research and recommend new technologies, software platforms, and process improvements to support company growth

• Document workflows, establish procedures, and help teams adopt new systems and processes

• Work directly with leadership to prioritize initiatives and deliver measurable business improvements
