Source classification differences: The client labels all experience Desired, whereas the RAW elevates six areas to Top Required and separately lists Business Analyst experience and SQL as formal Required. Retain the RAW screening thresholds while preserving the client labels. Communication is a manager must-have despite appearing in the preferred interpersonal list. The VMS title differs from the client's Business/Systems Analyst title; both describe this requisition. No conflicting remote-work requirement was found.
Skill Equivalency Guidance- Accept evidence of equivalent work outcomes and artifacts despite different job titles: field-level mapping, transformation rules, integration specifications, reporting requirements, reconciliation, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Equivalent database or analytics products can demonstrate transferable SQL, BI, data quality, modeling, or integration skills. Product familiarity does not substitute for demonstrated hands-on SQL or required experience thresholds.
- Neither source requires every listed ETF product. Assess tool transferability separately from direct environment familiarity; do not invent mandatory certifications or product-specific tenure.
- Use distinct evidence for overlapping skills and avoid counting one generic statement repeatedly. For grouped skills, record which components are supported and which remain unverified. Do not infer missing experience or silently waive a gate.
