Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for their Mount Laurel, NJ location.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for complex initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders on integration-related projects.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, and meeting content for leadership reviews.
- Support solution discussions and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong business analysis experience with a solid understanding of system integration concepts, including data flows, interfaces, and cross-functional system interactions.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level meeting content, including presentations, status reports, leadership updates, and steering committee materials.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
