Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst to support application and infrastructure initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and subject matter experts. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, managing projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and ensuring the successful delivery of system enhancements and implementations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
Minimum 3+ years of project management experience
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall)
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, TFS, or similar
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
