Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - II
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 06 months on W2 contract
Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II with experience in web/digital analytics to own analytics strategy, reporting, measurement, and data quality across web platforms. The analyst will work closely with engineering, BI, marketing, and product teams to deliver actionable insights.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II with experience in web/digital analytics to own analytics strategy, reporting, measurement, and data quality across web platforms. The analyst will work closely with engineering, BI, marketing, and product teams to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own analytics strategy, tracking, measurement, and reporting
- Maintain event definitions and analytics taxonomy across web properties
- Lead Amplitude analytics setup, including event tracking, funnels, and dashboards
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize analytics backlogs
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable business insights
- Support product analytics, marketing measurement, and reporting
- Partner with engineering on tag implementation and tracking QA
- Identify and troubleshoot data and tracking issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2 4 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a related data role
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Amplitude strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of event schemas, funnels, session analysis, and attribution
- Experience managing reporting, product analytics, and marketing measurement
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL experience for ad-hoc analysis and data validation
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience working with or within a BI team
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $57.00per hour.
