Business Systems Analyst

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Our client is seeking an experienced a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology Services team. This role supports the organizations enterprise voice and unified communications environment through business analysis, operational support, and administration of voice technologies.

The Business Systems Analyst will support a comprehensive voice services solution that enables advisors and their staff to leverage the same communication tools and capabilities available across the corporate organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall success of the voice services offering by providing a high-quality customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for setting up voice services for offices and users.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers onboarding to voice services and act as an escalation point for customer service issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and other resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve the end-to-end service experience, including onboarding, training, support, and documentation.
• Provide ongoing operational support and administration for enterprise voice and unified communications technologies.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, processes, and procedures to support consistent service delivery.

Must be able to be onsite in Minneapolis 4 days/week, 1 day remote.

The base hourly range for this contract position is $15-35 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
