Business/Systems Analyst - Oracle

One of our Professional Services / Consulting is looking for an experienced Business/Systems Analyst - Oracle (100% Remote)
 
Role: Business/Systems Analyst - Oracle
Contract (3-months + Possible extension)
Location: (100% Remote)
 Pay Rate: $92.86 - $107.14 an hour on W2 (DOE)
 
Description:

• Support the Oracle HCM implementation for the client, including conducting requirements identification, design, configuration, testing, resolving defects, directly supporting testing and conducting Knowledge Transfer with the client.

 

• Work with adjacent modules/module leads as needed to coordinate setup, test and deploy the solution. Knowledge of Core HR, onboarding, journeys, test and defect management, and hands-on configuration are required.

 
Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of experience
• Oracle Implementation experience and HCM
• Proven experience as an Oracle Business System Analyst or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle modules, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle certification is a plus.
