The Business Systems Analyst is a key technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining digital tools, data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and automated workflows. This role supports manufacturing operations by integrating data from SAP and other systems, developing Power BI dashboards, building Power Apps solutions, and implementing workflow automation through Power Automate or other scripting tools. This individual must be highly collaborative, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working directly with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate scope, and ensure successful on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical capability, project management discipline, and manufacturing or industrial operations exposure.


Roles and Responsibilties


+ Develop, automate, and maintain data pipelines, data ponds, and analytical models using SAP, SQL, Power Automate, and related tools.

+ Create custom applications and digital tools using Power Apps to support manufacturing, materials, quality, or engineering workflows.

+ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations that support performance tracking, reporting, and operational decision‑making.

+ Implement workflow automations that reduce manual data entry, improve process reliability, and eliminate non‑value‑added activity.

+ Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and leadership stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

+ Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.

+ Maintain documentation of system logic, workflows, data models, and integration points.

+ Troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and proactively identify process improvements.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and digital enablement.

+ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems and tools developed.

+ Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and applications.


Minium Requirements


+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, Business Analytics, or related field

+ OR 5+ years of relevant technical experience.

+ Hands‑on experience with SAP data extraction, SAP analytics, or SAP transaction workflows.

+ Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL databases.

+ Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage parallel projects and deliver on time.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholder levels.

+ Proven capability in problem‑solving, data analysis, and process improvement.

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship


Preferred Skills


+ Experience programming or scripting in Python and/or VBA.

+ Familiarity with ETL tools, data modeling concepts, or data governance practices.

+ Understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP integrations, production workflows).

+ Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable information for end users.

+ Experience documenting system architecture, workflows, and data logic.

+ Strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
