Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The BSA will be embedded within the Partner Experience team and responsible for the following:
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring across Salesforce Partner Experience features
• Process mapping current-state and future-state documentation for partner-facing workflows (onboarding, deal registration, portal access, program management)
• Stakeholder alignment across Alliance Operations, IT, Sales, and Channel teams
• UAT planning, facilitation, test case review, and defect triage oversight
• Sprint backlog grooming and story-readiness reviews with the engineering team
• Supporting go-live activities including, stakeholder communications and cutover planning

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring in a Salesforce context
• Process mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentation
• Stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering teams
• UAT planning, facilitation, and defect triage oversight
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processes
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills must be able to produce clear, audience-appropriate documentation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
• Experience in partner operations, channel sales, or alliance programs
• Familiarity with agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements for a Salesforce development team
• Experience supporting go-live activities including stakeholder training and change management
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-heavy organizations
