- Support fit-to-standard sessions, ensuring local requirements align with global templates
- Define and execute test scenarios for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing processes; document results and escalate issues
- Drive data extraction, cleansing, validation, and readiness for master and transaction data
- Facilitate user training, process walkthroughs, and support change management and adoption activities

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (user support, super-user, SME, or implementation role)
- Expertise in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations within a regulated environment
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user support
Preferred Skills
- Experience participating in ERP implementation cycles (testing, rollout, cutover, go-live, hypercare)
- Familiarity with Lean principles, standard work, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Deep understanding of compliance and data integrity in regulated manufacturing
Benefits
- Opportunity to build ERP and supply chain expertise in a global, regulated manufacturing environment
- Onsite role for close collaboration with cross-functional teams
