Business Technology Analyst

Heart to Heart is seeking a Business Technology Analyst to help improve, support, and expand the technology our teams use every day. This is a hands-on role working across Airtable, Microsoft 365, automation tools, data, and other business systems. You will work directly with teams across the organization to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and help turn those needs into practical technology solutions. The role is well suited for an early-career professional who is technically curious, learns quickly, and enjoys solving problems. The work will include system configuration, automation, troubleshooting, process improvement, user support, and participation in new technology initiatives, including the growing use of AI across the organization.
