POSITION SUMMARY:

As busser, you set the stage for service: setting & clearing tables, assisting servers and attending to guests' needs. You should be a team player and enjoy working at a fast pace. If you're not already, you'll become a multitasking pro. With experience and a great attitude, this role could lead to more opportunities, like becoming a server.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently while sanitizing tables, chairs and surrounding dining areas
• Refill water and provide other basic guest assistance as needed including removing used dishes, glassware and utensils. 
• Maintain clean floors and promptly address spills or safety hazards
• Communicate and work effectively with servers, hosts and other team members.

WORK PREPARNESS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement and changing priorities.
• Ability to safely navigate dining areas, kitchens, and other workspaces that may contain wet or slippery services
• Ability to safely carry trays, dishes, supplies, buss tubs approximately 25-50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Food Handler certified, or willing to obtain certification upon hire
