Busser Job DescriptionPosition Title: BusserReports To: FOH Manager / Shift LeadDepartment: Front of HouseStatus: Non-Exempt / TippedPurposeThe Busser supports the guest experience by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and assisting servers in creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable environment. This role ensures the restaurant glows with cleanliness, speed, and teamwork.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- Maintain spotless tables, chairs, floors, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Assist servers with water, pre-bussing, and resetting tables quickly.
- Support food runners and expo by delivering plates and clearing dishes.
- Keep glassware, silverware, and sanitizer stations stocked and organized.
- Communicate respectfully with team members and managers to keep the dining room running smoothly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with end-of-shift side work, trash removal, and closing duties.

- Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand or walk for long periods.
