Key Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Assist servers with food delivery, drink refills, and other guest needs.
• Warmly greet guests and respond to basic menu or restaurant inquiries.
• Professionally answer phones and take accurate takeout or delivery orders.
• Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist during busy periods.
• Keep service stations and entry areas clean and organized.
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to work in a guest-facing role.
• Comfortable multitasking between bussing, hosting, and phone duties.
• Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
