Olive + Oak is hiring Bussers / Server Support team members to join our front-of-house team in Webster Groves.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a first restaurant job, a flexible part-time position while in school, or a chance to get started in hospitality and grow into serving or other front-of-house roles.

No extensive restaurant experience is required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy being part of a busy team.

What You’ll Do

As a Busser / Server Support team member, you will help keep service moving smoothly by:

• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables

• Running food and assisting servers throughout service

• Keeping water glasses filled and helping with basic guest needs

• Restocking service stations and supplies

• Maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas

• Helping the team turn tables efficiently during busy periods

• Jumping in wherever needed to support great guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for team members who are:

• Friendly, dependable, and ready to work

• Comfortable staying active throughout a shift

• Able to work quickly while paying attention to details

• Good teammates who are willing to help where needed

• Open to learning and taking direction

• Available for some weekend shifts.

Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are happy to train someone with a positive attitude who wants to learn.
