Busser

Bussers are expected to diligently keep an eye on the FOH to be ready to clean the tables as soon as the customer leaves. You will be responsible for keeping your area in the dish pit clean throughout the shift and detail it before leaving. You may occasionally be asked to do other things that may be needed as well.
