Description

6 Positions
Day Shift: 8am - 5pm
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/ 2 days offsite (based on business need)

Position Summary
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating materials, equipment, and services from approved vendors. Evaluates supplier capabilities, pricing, and performance to ensure best value or lowest price/technically acceptable while maintaining compliance with government regulations, including FAR/DFARS.

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and government regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Analyze vendor quotes, proposals, and service offerings to identify the most cost-effective and compliant solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal value
Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships to support quality, delivery, and cost objectives
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
Ensure procurement activities follow established procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards

Basic Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
Working knowledge of government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
Ability to follow established processes and operate effectively under supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (We Value)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Work Environment
Works under general supervision with defined guidelines and procedures
Reports to Procurement Manager or Sr Procurement Manager
