Our client, located in Bee Cave, is seeking Buyer's to join their manufacturing team. This role is on a contract basis, lasting anywhere between 3-9 months. In this position, you will be responsible for most Supplier Management functions to include but not limited to: Contacting suppliers on Purchase Order Commitment dates, Delivery Dates, Shipment Tracking, Receiving discrepancies, RMAS, Scheduling source inspection, expediting, and providing resolutions to any delivery blockers.

- In office role locating in Bee Cave.
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Contract position, lasting 3-9 months.
Duties:
- Review open supplier open order report for direct and indirect purchases.
- Create and develop routine supplier schedules and reports.
- Reconcile commitment dates and drive resolution of any discrepancies.
- Assist with creation and implementation of supplier OTD improvements.
- Provide analyses on delivery trends and implement late delivery actions.
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and maintain strong communications.
- Project management focus from inception through delivery.
- Assist with wide array of additional functions as necessary within rapid growth startup.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or similar program.
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
- Familiarity with major electronics manufacturers and distributors.
- Understanding of engineering design process; experience with PLM tools.
- Experience using an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of procurement concepts, practices, and procedures, including purchasing, negotiation, commercial contracts, and cost breakdown.
