Must‑Have Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of purchasing and operational data.

  • Self-motivated, proactive professional with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.

  • Strong negotiation and cost-management skills with a focus on driving savings and operational value.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and confident making judgment-based decisions.

  • Proven track record of stability, reliability, and consistency in prior roles.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment where hundreds of purchasing recommendations may be generated daily.

  • Success in the role requires balancing data analysis, operational collaboration, and real-world business judgment to determine the most critical purchasing actions.

  • A DISC Assessment is required as part of the evaluation process.

  • Preferred DISC profile includes:

    • High Dominance (D) to support confident decision-making and accountability

    • High Conscientiousness (C) to ensure accuracy, detail orientation, and analytical thinking

    • Lower Steadiness (S) preferred for adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Flexible start times available, provided employees complete a full 8-hour workday.

  • Approximately 15 remote workdays permitted annually.
