AsourBuyer,IndirectPurchasing, you'll manage the procurement of non-inventory materials and services that supportbusinessoperationsacrosstheorganization.You'llworkcloselywithinternalstakeholders,suppliers,andSupplyChainteammemberstoensuretimelypurchasing,supplierperformance,andprocessexcellencewhilehelpingteamsaccomplishtheirgoalsefficientlyandeffectively.

Owntheindirectpurchasingprocessandserveastheprimarypointofcontactfornon-inventoryprocurementactivitiesacrosstheorganization
Managesupplierrelationshipsandcontractstoensureservice,quality,cost,andperformanceobjectivesareachieved
Partnerwithinternalstakeholderstounderstandpurchasingrequirementsanddeliversolutionsthatmeetbusinessneeds
Coordinatevendoronboardingactivitiesforsuppliersnotcurrentlyincludedonapprovedvendorlists
ManageRFQprocesses,evaluatesupplierproposals,andsupportsourcingdecisions
Processpurchaserequests,issuepurchaseordersthroughERPsystems,andmaintainaccurateprocurementrecords
Monitorsupplierdeliveryperformance,trackopenpurchaseorders,andproactivelyresolveissuesthatimpacttimelines
Resolvesupplierconcernsrelatedtopricing,delivery,invoicing,andquality
Validatecompletedservicesandcoordinateinvoicereconciliationtoensureaccuratepaymentprocessing
