Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $45-$55/hour DOE

Overview

We're seeking a Buyer to support purchasing and supply chain operations for a growing manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory needs, and helping ensure materials are available to support production.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Track inventory levels and material availability
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and deliveries
• Monitor open orders and resolve supply issues
• Partner with operations and production teams
• Maintain purchasing records within ERP systems
• Generate purchasing and inventory reports

Qualifications

• 4+ years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• ERP/MRP experience is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
