Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Manages assigned expedite queues and supplier purchase order hardware deliveries to support production requirements.

• Resolves supplier questions and issues related to purchase order acceptance and fulfillment.

• Uses delivery schedule management systems for status entry and file uploads.

• Coordinates daily with program representatives, buyers, and receiving personnel to resolve issues and discrepancies.

• Updates and maintains records and tracking databases with current status.

• Prepares and presents critical item status to Expediting Management.

• Manages post-award purchase order status and expedites hardware deliveries to meet internal build schedules.

• Handles multiple suppliers and purchase order hardware deliveries in a high-volume environment.

• Resolves supplier issues based on supplier input, comments, or complaints.

• Supports compliance with government regulations and contractual commitments in procurement and material management.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience managing post-award purchase order status and expediting hardware deliveries to meet build schedules.

• Experience using delivery schedule management systems for status entry and file uploads.

• Experience resolving supplier purchase order acceptance and fulfillment issues.

• Experience coordinating with program representatives, buyers, and receiving personnel on discrepancies.

• Experience maintaining tracking databases and records with up-to-date status.

• Experience preparing and presenting critical item status to management.

• Experience managing multiple suppliers in a high-volume environment.

• Experience handling multiple tasks with competing priorities and meeting critical deadlines.

• Experience supporting supply chain procurement and material management in compliance with government regulations and contractual commitments.
