HBR Team, powered by PLACE, is looking for licensed California real estate agents who want to build their business by representing homebuyers throughout Tracy and surrounding communities.

As a Buyer's Agent, you'll work with clients from their initial home search through closing. You'll help buyers understand the market, identify suitable properties, prepare competitive offers, and work through the details of a successful purchase.

Based in Tracy, California, HBR Team brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 3,000 homes sold. Our team combines that experience with the coaching, technology, and business systems available through PLACE.

We welcome both newer and experienced agents who enjoy working with people, are responsive to clients, and are willing to consistently develop their business.

What You Can Expect From HBR Team

• Buyer Representation Training: Develop your skills in buyer consultations, representation agreements, property searches, offer preparation, negotiations, and transaction management.
• Lead Generation Support: Access established prospecting and follow-up systems to help connect with potential buyers and turn conversations into appointments.
• Team Lead Opportunities: Work with available team-generated opportunities while building your own client relationships through prospecting, open houses, and referrals.
• Coaching and Accountability: Weekly one-on-one coaching, script practice, team training, and professional development through PLACE.
• Technology: PLACE CRM and business management tools to organize contacts, manage follow-up, and track your pipeline.
• Marketing Resources: Tools and support to help communicate with buyers, promote properties, and develop your real estate business.
• Team Collaboration: Learn alongside real estate professionals who value client service, communication, and accountability.

Agents are expected to actively prospect, follow up with potential clients, conduct open houses, and participate in coaching and team activities. Team-generated leads and transactions are not guaranteed.

Compensation & Professional Expenses

This is a 100% commission-based real estate sales position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed base salary.

Compensation is based on closed transactions, individual production, and applicable commission agreements. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

Agents are responsible for maintaining their California real estate license and applicable professional expenses, including local REALTOR® association and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) membership.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct open houses based on the team standard 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
