About the Role
We’re seeking an organized, proactive Buyer to support the purchasing of components, materials, and services for advanced robotic systems. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and ERP-driven processes, working closely with Purchasing, Accounting, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production.

What You Will Do

• Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders and send them to suppliers.
• Expedite past-due or at-risk orders and keep delivery dates, pricing, and quantities current in the ERP system.
• Manage Return to Vendor (RTV) activity through to credit, replacement, or closure.
• Resolve invoice, receiving, and pricing discrepancies with Accounting and Warehouse teams.
• Escalate supply risks to the Purchasing Manager and support process improvement projects.

What You Bring

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations; internships welcome.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and solid Excel skills.
• NetSuite or other ERP experience and a high-tech manufacturing background are a plus.

Work Environment
Primarily onsite in Wilmington, MA, with close collaboration across Operations, Warehouse, Production, and Engineering.
